Scandinavian girl Nursery design with touches of Mint
mom of small Maji is a fan of Scandinavian design and decor, she decided to decorate the nursery like that vintage items added for a softer look. The room was designed to be changed quite often and quickly and develop a passion for decoration.
The space is small enough and attic, making it completely white and off-white was a good idea, not only because it is Scandinavian, but also causes visually enlarges the room. The soils are rather light, too, laminate whitewashed. Pastels were added to create a delicate combo, mostly mint, but also old pink and blue as it is in the room of a young girl.
The ceiling of the attic does not become a problem, the floor was divided into two parts according to the ceiling and one of them has become a sleeping area, and the second an area of game
furniture is simple and traditional :. a white bed, chest, dresser and closet, each can be changed depending on the child's age and needs. Above the bed, you will mint raindrops, but are not wallpapers, these are removable stickers that can be changed for others.
Toys are also Scandi-inspired, simple and above all white, and you can see the iconic Miffy lamp that doubles as a toy. There are many decorations as handmade wreaths, pillows or cloth bags for toys that have been made by the mother of the little girl.
