A highlight of the Poggenpohl Porsche Design kitchen is the fact that all cabinets can be opened without handles :. A gentle touch of the finger opens drawers and sliding elements with high precision integrated systems, while a gentle push is enough to make them all withdraw and, over the last few centimeters, go back automatically to their original position. A touch mechanism is also applied to doors and shutters: touching the front face will activate a spacer pin which mechanically moves a door of a few centimeters forward. The absence of handles further emphasizes the tradeoffs, clean lines of furniture, but as an alternative to this solution, functional bar brushed aluminum handles are also available. The kitchen also has an audio-video high-tech system. All kitchen appliances are manufactured exclusively by Miele.
So the kitchen is a new addition to the Prosche luxury designer brand in the accessories of men's segment.
