This apartment in London is located in a Georgian town house built in 1860 and despite retaining many period features, ARCHITECTURE fOR LONDON has clean, contemporary look. The project reconfigures a first flat on the ground to provide an open kitchen in the living room, allowing the creation of an additional room. The original boards were also damaged sanded and colored soap to restore their initial appeal. In the kitchen, a marble bench top and backsplash Carrara corresponds to period-style fireplaces in the opposite side of the room. The bathroom has beautiful herringbone tiled walls and a floor heating with free mist mirrors.
